My Process is a Collaboration
With You to Discover What’s Possible.

Dream it.
What do you crave?  What is your ultimate life vision.  What do you find meaningful? How do you want to look back on your life? What are you doing all this for?

This will be the first phase of our coaching; getting really clear on what you want and what is your purpose.

Build it.
In the second phase, we will get a really good snapshot of where you are right now. Qualitative and quantitative assessments will provide multiple data points determining a concrete starting point.

The third phase addresses the gap between: where you are now and where you want to go.  We will collaborate to close that gap by creating a custom developmental action plan.

Grow it.
Exploration, experimentation and reflection mark the fourth phase. This is where learning and growth happens. Has something prevented you from crushing it thus far, or taking it to the next level? What has gotten in the way?

By uncovering what beliefs and values control you, you can redesign your personal and professional life. This awareness is the key that unlocks change. We consider alternative perspectives and discover choice and possibilities. This empowerment puts you in the driver’s seat. We ground these new insights into action which leads to transformation over time.

My Guiding
Principles

Absolute confidentiality, always.

I see my client exactly where they are suppose-to be, and meet them there.

I leave judgment aside.

I fully believe my client can do it.

I help my client identify and connect to their big WHY to mobilize them.

I ground goals and dreams into the
present with immediate small action steps.

I ask questions, listen, and dive deeper, it’s more powerful than telling.

I let curiosity lead and give my full presence.

I address risks and fears.

I believe alignment of thoughts, behaviors and actions increases peace of mind.

I believe behavior isn’t good or bad, just effective or not effective, empowering or disempowering. Behaviors exist to fill needs.

I am committed to my own continued personal development.

Let’s face it, we spend a huge chunk of our life at work. Let’s make sure it doesn’t suck.

The entry point for our engagement is usually your work. Expanding from there, my focus is on the client as a whole. As much as we sometimes try, personal and professional lives can’t be separated. Helping clients become the most expressed version of themselves can transform their life; it’s a vehicle to finding more joy, satisfaction, fulfillment and meaning. I understand that at our core we all share a strong desire to be valued, to matter, and to have impact.

Aren’t work issues mostly people issues?

Yes. And therefore a direct path to becoming a great leader is improving your emotional and social intelligence skills. Who’s the best leader you’ve ever come across? What are this person’s attributes?  Usually it has more to do with EQ than IQ.

At the foundation of my coaching practice is a focus on energy — producing more of it and using it as a North Star.

Increasing Energy
Being powerful requires power. How are we supposed to explore, take action, lead others, innovate, create, achieve real change and transform when our brain and body — our hardware — are not working at peak performance? Feeling worn out, moody, frustrated, having brain fog or all of the above directly impacts how we show up in all areas of our life. Attention to upgrading our body and brain function is foundational. It creates energy and motivation for growth.
This is where my passion for health and my background in wellness come into play. By taking care of our biology first, we can maximize our output. What would you accomplish if you had 10% more energy? How would that affect the way you show up in all aspects of your life?
Using four main lifestyle levers — nutrition, movement, mindset and sleep — together we will identify areas of strength and opportunity.  I will meet you where you are currently and explore if there is desire to make impactful micro changes over long periods of time that fit into your existing lifestyle and schedule.

Tapping Into Energy
Not only does energy power everything you do, but it’s also your North Star. By asking yourself, “Does this give me energy, or does this sap my energy?” you take a shortcut to maximizing your potential. This gauge points to the activities and the people that are in sync with your core values and goals. It provides clarity, enabling you to make micro decisions in our coaching sessions and throughout your day, which lead to larger shifts over time.
Instead of wasting time and energy, you will maximize your effectiveness and efficiency. Instead of just reacting to life, you will become your life’s architect, designing what you do, your environment, your community, your relationships and your work. This paves a path towards life satisfaction and achieving what is important to you.
